John & Tamara Spencer, FTM Directors & Pastors

 John and Tamara have been married almost 20 years and have served together in ministry the entire time.  They have a teenage son, an adult daughter and currently live in Texas.  In addition to passionately studying the Bible for many years, John has a degree background in Psychology and Music.  He has served in many different leadership positions within the church including- Worship Pastor, Youth Leader, Deacon/Elder, College & Career Pastor, Teaching Pastor, Pastoral Counseling Staff and Senior Pastor.  When Folding Ten Ministries was created, John helped lead a songwriting project that produced an original album of worship songs.  He has also helped lead worship at special events over the years.  Tamara has helped support John every step of the way and has served in many areas including Administration, Children’s Ministry and various Pastoral Staff roles.  They love doing things together like co-teaching a message or leading an event.  Some our their favorite things to do are to have a delicious meal with people they love and travel with their family.  Together they have a heart to see people’s lives transformed by the love of God and the beautiful gift of salvation we have through Jesus Christ.
